Q1. Do I have to order a Minimal Order Quantity?
Usually we ask for a MOQ. But if the items you want have sufficient stock, or can be produced very quickly, we are very pleased to provide them to you regardless of the quantities, especailly when it's a combined order.
Q2: How do I know my order is shipped out or not?
When we send you the order, we usually send you an E-mail or leave you a message about the packing details and the tracking numbers. You can tracking the shipment online from the very beginning till you get it. Our colleagues are always at your service during the whole process. Q3: What if I got some defective products?
